We recommend feeding a natural diet.
We feed our puppies a preparation of 1/2 dry kibble Kirkland Puppy Food (in the yellow bag purchased at Costco) we then mix the dry dog food with one dairy (whole milk, cottage cheese or yogurt), to this we add our meat (slightly browned hamburger, pressure cooked whole chicen, beef roast etc.) and steamed vegetables. At 7 to 9 months of age because of the rapid growth of Sunnybrook Dobermans we switch to Natures Domain Chicken or Salmon and Rice mixed with vegetables and dairy the same as before.

Each day
take some meat and vegetables and mix into the dry dog food.
With the recent food scares you must be aware of the increased health risks involved in feeding commercially prepared dog foods.
Since weaning, your Sunnybrook Doberman puppy has been fed the very best food and vitamins available. We feed our puppies at least 4 times per day, this can soon be reduced to 3 times at 8 weeks and at full growth nears to two times per day. Ultimately a once a day feeding can occur however it is best if they are continued to be fed twice a day.
Try to keep your puppy plump but not overly FAT.
A wide variety of good quality food will aid your pups health and growth. A carrot or other vegetable will be a good treat for him from time to time and is better than allot of the treats offered at the pet store. Avoid feeding raw eggs. An adequate fat content of his diet will provide a smooth, healthy coat. Most of all remember your puppy will only develop as good as you feed him!
